EJI is the highest rated Civil Rights and Advocacy charity, according to Charity Navigator, the nation’s largest and most-utilized evaluator of charities.
Charity Navigator’s professional analysts examine tens of thousands of non-profit financial documents to develop an unbiased, objective, numbers-based rating system to assess more than 6000 of the country’s charities. The rating system examines two broad areas of a charity’s performance: financial health and accountability and transparency.
EJI earned Charity Navigator’s highest four-star ranking.
In addition, Charity Navigator is now featuring EJI as the highest rated Civil Rights and Advocacy organization in its Holiday Giving Guide, a quick reference guide to the highest and lowest-rated charity in each cause they evaluate that’s designed to help donors make intelligent giving decisions during the holiday season.
