In order to preserve the sacredness of the space and the integrity of each visitor’s experience, we do not allow video or audio recording, tripods, or lighting equipment at the Museum or Memorial. We do not allow photographs of any kind inside the Museum and ask that all visitors turn their cell phones completely off while inside the Museum. While visitors to the Memorial are welcome to respectfully document their experience with still photography using a cell phone or hand-held digital camera, we require professional photographers and press to contact us for permission in advance of scheduling any photo shoots on location.

Press passes for the Memorial and Museum are not available at this time. If you are interested in visiting the sites, please purchase tickets online or at the ticket office. If you have any questions or special requests, please email [email protected] as far in advance of your visit as possible with a proposal. Due to the current volume of requests, we regret that not all requests will be accommodated.
