We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Just Mercy website. Just Mercy is a bestselling book by Bryan Stevenson that has been adapted into a feature film. It’s a powerful true story about the Equal Justice Initiative, the people we represent, and the importance of confronting injustice.
The book “is as gripping as it is disturbing,” wrote Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Desmond Tutu, “as if America’s soul has been put on trial.” Bryan Stevenson won the Andrew Carnegie Medal for Excellence and an NAACP Image Award for Just Mercy, which New York Times columnist Nicholas Kristof called “searing” and “moving.”
Just Mercy has been adapted into a major motion picture starring Michael B. Jordan, Jamie Foxx, and Brie Larson. The film is coming to theaters this December.
