EJI has published detailed reports about Children Sentenced to Death in Prison  in the U.S. and three reports on the nation’s legacy of racial injustice, which discuss slavery , racial terror  from the end of Reconstruction until World War II, and racial bias in jury selection  in contemporary criminal cases. EJI also produces an Annual Report each fall that documents organizational efforts and achievements.
